Find Your Enemy is the debut album from Greek Alternative Rock band Mislead. Beautifully constructed with clean, clear harmonious vocals, tight drum/bass rhythms and fantastic guitar solos, Find Your Enemy is heavily influenced by the alternative and rebellious rock of the 90’s and 00’s but with a cool and deeply emotional feel making it totally relevant to all that is currently happening in the Rock and Metal scene.

Mislead is Katerina Garofallidi (Vocals), Nickos Revithis (Guitar), John Gkoufas (Bass) and Theodore Psychalis (Drums).

Break Your Chains opens the album in excellent form with a groovy riff, followed by some fantastic vocal harmonies and a totally wicked guitar solo by Nickos Revithis. Keeping the momentum going, Find Your Enemy is a faster paced alternative track that will either have you singing along to the chorus or breaking out your air guitar to play in the band. The album doesn’t let-up, as the hard rocking Greed comes complete with a heavy bass influence from John Gkoufas – delivered at pace and guaranteed to get your feet moving.

Into Flames is a much darker, gothic track with some subtle drum and percussion work from Theadore Psychalis creating a moody atmosphere to match the solemn vocals. This Game fits perfectly as a slower, follow-up track, showing Mislead also have a much softer side to them. No Ego, on the other hand, is another hard rocking track with a heavy bass sound and gritty edge to it.

Your Leaving delivers the emotion in spades, with a real soft rock anthem feel to it due to the beautiful melancholy vocals and a gentle guitar solo. Kill Inside is the heaviest track on the album, with a deeply haunting background riff helping create the standout musical track for me. Pale Lights completes the album superbly, with plenty of mood and atmosphere, due in the main to the highly emotional vocal capabilities of Katerina Garofalldi, and is in my opinion vocally the best track on the album.

Find Your Enemy by Mislead is an emotional musical rollercoaster of clean melancholic vocals combined with hard rocking Alternative Metal tracks that would make a worthwhile addition to anyone’s download playlist. Hopefully, Mislead will release the album in a physical copy format too, for all the old timers (like myself) who still like something tactile to hold and stare at whilst we listen to music.
